RPR services involved oversight of three separate construction contracts involving 13,000 feet of new sanitary public sewers and 5,000 feet of new private sewer laterals, as well as a new pump station.

EAE provided both Lead and Field RPR services on all three projects including:

• Developing standard operating procedures for reporting and reviewing daily field reports

• Participating in daily field observations through commissioning of the pump station

• Resolving field issues with the Design Professional, Contractors and KCMO

• Reviewing proposed change orders, monthly payment applications, and monthly schedule updates
