PROJECT DESCRIPTION

EAE was subcontracted by Black & Veatch to act as the Architect-of-Record for professional architectural design services for the Buckeye Creek Screening and I&C Improvement Project, for the City of Kansas City. The goal of the project was to design improvements to the existing brick masonry pump station by adding an L-shaped pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) addition on the corner of the existing pump station to house a new screen, conveyor and dumpster. EAE’s responsibility was to provide drawings and specifications to allow for bidding by metal building suppliers to provide calculations and the final stamped construction documents.
