MORE ABOUT DEBORAH​
​

Deborah English is a registered professional engineer and the EAE Quality Manager and Engineering and Environmental Services Leader. During her 37-year career she has conducted environmental compliance audits and training and managed or prepared multiple SWPPPs and SPCCPs for private, municipal, and federal clients. Her auditing experience encompasses local, state, and federal regulations governing solid and hazardous waste, wastewater and storm water, air quality, oil spill prevention, above-ground and underground storage tanks, and emergency planning and community right-to-know. She has also conducted SWPPP, SPCCP, and hazardous waste management training. Her USACE 404 permitting experience includes permits for streambank stabilization and dredging and capping of contaminated sediment. In addition, she has managed UST and AST closures under state and federal regulatory programs.
