David Poirier is a registered professional engineer with over 22 years of engineering design experience. He has been a Project Manager/Lead Design Engineer in the areas of wastewater treatment and conveyance. His engineering experience is diverse, ranging from regulatory experience as a NPDES permit writer to field experience as an Owner’s Representative during construction. He has managed both the design and construction of improvements to wastewater treatment systems, such as headworks, aeration systems and sludge handling facilities. His diverse set of experiences across virtually every aspect of water engineering has served him well in the efficient management of projects to a successful completion.
