Compliance and Permitting

Experienced Professionals: Our personnel average more than 25 years in their professions and have a wide range of experience with environmental regulations and building code requirements. Their experience includes National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) 404, and wastewater pretreatment permitting, as well as Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Spill Prevention, Control, and Containment Plans, and environmental compliance audits and associated compliance training. Our architects have designed buildings in accordance with local, state, and international building codes, including compliance with American with Disabilities Act requirements.

"EAE's design staff members integrated well with our project design team, provided practical, yet innovative solutions, communicated well, and were easy to work with over the duration of the project. Their contributions and insights related to building siting, orientation and design details were key factors in our project success."
