EAE, Inc. core values embrace the principles of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).  Our array of construction support services, including Building Condition Assessment, Construction Inspection and Management, Building Asset Management, and Structural Engineering Design are supported by our commitment to the criteria and standards developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)

USGBC was established to promote a sustainable building industry.  USGBC has developed LEED criteria and standards into a nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. 

Alan Mitchell, P.E., Environmental Engineer, and LEED Accredited Professional (AP), is EAE, Inc.’s sustainable development project manager.  LEED APs have a thorough knowledge of the LEED Certification system and of the techniques for achieving high-performance building design.  Bob Graverholt, P.E. and Structural Engineer, supports EAE, Inc.’s sustainable development projects with design and construction expertise.
